How are FANGZ chews made?
Hand-made in Brisbane from human-grade ingredients. The base is beef collagen and beef gelatin. We add one real superfood per flavour: dried beetroot powder, dried pumpkin powder + pepitas, spirulina powder, or goat's milk powder. No additives, no preservatives, zero nasties. Each chew is then slowly air-dried for four weeks until all the water is removed, leaving a dense, long-lasting chew.
How long does a FANGZ last?
Hours, days, sometimes weeks. Depends on your dog and the size you pick. Low-chewers and small dogs can stretch a single chew across multiple sessions for weeks. Power chewers on a large might get through it in an hour or two. Sizing: small (under 8kg), medium (8-16kg), large (16kg+). Size up if your dog is a serious chewer.
Are FANGZ safe for my dog's teeth?
Yes. FANGZ soften with saliva as your dog chews, so they won't crack teeth the way yak chews, antlers, and bones can. As they soften, your dog can break off small chewable pieces.
How do I clean sticky paws?
Some dogs get a bit of collagen on their paws as the chew softens. Warm water and a cloth is all you need. A lot of dogs lick themselves clean.
What size should I pick?
Small for dogs under 8kg. Medium for 8-16kg. Large for 16kg+. If you're between sizes or your dog is a serious chewer, size up. The large is the longest-lasting chew in the lineup.
Are FANGZ suitable for puppies?
Yes, from 4 months old. Always supervise puppies with any chew.
What's the shelf life?
Approximately two years from manufacture. Store in the bag they arrive in or anywhere dry.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Brisbane via Australia Post and Aramex Couriers. Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 working days and deliver in 2-10 business days depending on your location (most metro orders arrive in 2-5 days). $9.95 flat shipping on any order.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. Australia-only at present. But get in contact with us if you're from another country and we can check.

What's your refund policy?
No-questions refund on any order. Email us with your order number and we'll send you a return address. Ship the unused chews back. If your dog already tried one, just send back whatever's left.
