Welcome to Fangz. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About us
This site is operated by Helen and John (trading as Fangz), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. You can reach us at hello@fangz.com.au.

The product
Fangz is a hand-made dog chew. We make it for dogs over 12 weeks of age. Always supervise your dog while they are chewing. Fangz is not a substitute for a balanced diet or veterinary care. If your dog has a medical condition or food allergy, check with your vet before introducing any new chew.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We confirm acceptance when we ship the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors).

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds
See our Refund policy. Our refund policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not replace them.

Intellectual property
The Fangz name, logo, copy, photography, and site design are owned by us. You can share, link to, and reference us, but you can't reproduce, sell, or pass our material off as your own without written permission.

Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, or any other content to us, you give us permission to use it for marketing across our site, social media, ads, packaging, and other channels. We'll credit you where it makes sense.

Account security
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Site availability
We try to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We can change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fangz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

We can update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept
