We ship from Brisbane via Australia Post and Aramex Couriers to every corner of Australia.

• Orders dispatch in 1-2 working days.
• Delivery is typically 2-5 days metro, 5-10 days regional.
• Flat $9.95 shipping on any order.
• Express available at checkout for an extra $8.

Returns

If your dog doesn't love it, we'll refund the full order. No questions, no fine print.

Email us with your order number through the contact form. We'll send you a return address. Ship the unused chews back (already tried one? just send back whatever's left), and we'll refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo through the contact form within 7 days and we'll resend or refund.
